My lips are freeWhat a nice and happy song. Nice video too! I would want to see where in my life that I've missed God's love notes to me. There's no doubt that I've missed plenty and I don't want to miss any more!
We've ran our longest run of the year so far...21 miles! I ran it at a 10:03 (ten minutes, three seconds per mile pace) and was exhausted at the end. I have this Morton's Neuroma on my left foot which is kind of bothering me, but not enough to miss the Portland Marathon come next month. Now it's time to decrease my weekly mileage until race day October 7th. Any prayers would be appreciated! I'm a bit nervous about my state of being on that day...hopefully healthy and energetic! I would love to finish it within 4 hrs 20 mins....that equates to a ten minute per mile pace...a nice easy pace for me.

Thanx for sharing that song.... It was so sweet. I really like Chris Rice a lot but haven't been following him much besides just loving his Worship songs. It really reminded me of my husband and I - as we were best-friends for like three years before love blossomed. And the snowman part is cool - b/c we really probably realized there was a little more then friendship going on over winter break. We didn't build a snowman but we went sledding. Thanks for bringing back all those precious moments of falling in love.
